To further emphasise the suitability of the well established Dolmio Ready-To-Use Foodservice Sauces for the sector and to highlight that they are created with chefs in mind, the sauces are being re-branded as Dolmio Professional.
The new branding will also allow care home caterers to identify key nutritional credentials and allergen advice quicker and easier thanks to graphical symbols such as ‘Suitable for Vegetarians’, ‘Gluten-Free’ and ‘1 of your 5 a day’.
The recipes remain the same and, as before, all the ready-to-use foodservice sauces are compliant with the 2017 PHE salt targets, as well as being suitable for a gluten-free diet, and contain no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives.
