Tim Morgan 'chuffed to bits' with FEA Chair's Award
The FEA recognised Tim Morgan, managing director of The Publicity Works, for his efforts in promoting both the FEA and the whole professional catering equipment sector
The founder of a public relations firm specialising in the foodservice industry received an award celebrating the positive impact of his work from the Foodservice Equipment Association at its annual conference recently.
Tim Morgan, managing director of The Publicity Works, which is based in Norfolk, has been working with some of the biggest names in professional catering equipment since the early 1990s, leading to his company becoming one of the foremost public relations agencies in the sector.
Morgan received a FEA’s Chair’s Award for his work in promoting FEA and the industry as a whole. The award was presented by Paul Anderson, the chair of FEA, on the second day of the conference, which was held at Chesford Grange Hotel, Kenilworth in November. The Chair’s Awards recognise the work of individuals and organisations that enhance and support the foodservice equipment industry. In presenting Morgan with his award, Anderson said “Tim and his team have helped drive up the FEA’s publicity, voice and recognition.”
Morgan responded: “I’d like to thank Paul, FEA and everyone in the industry for their support and friendship. I’m chuffed to bits, but this honour is not just for me, it’s recognition of a team effort. Hopefully, The Publicity Works will continue to help current and future clients drive up their profile for many years to come!”
