Regale launches new online service call request system

The new online system eliminates delays and provides a faster, more convenient, and more transparent way to log service request.

Regale Microwave Ovens has launched a new Request a Service Call page on its website, which is designed to simplify and speed up the way dealers and customers arrange service visits.

Previously, the process required a signed paper form to be completed and returned, often duplicating information and causing delays. The new online system removes that friction, providing a faster, more convenient, and more transparent way to log service requests.

Christopher Matkin, Regale’s operations director, explains: “This new service request form saves time, reduces admin, and provides both dealers and customers with complete clarity on service terms. It’s a modern, efficient way to request engineer support and strengthens our service offering,”

The online form enables dealers to submit customer, site, and equipment details in one simple step, provide fault descriptions and access instructions upfront and confirm acceptance of Regale’s service terms with a single mandatory checkbox.

Forms are automatically sent to the Regale service team at with instant confirmation provided to the sender. Warranty repairs remain free of charge, while non-warranty work is subject to a standard call-out fee of £110 + VAT plus required parts and any additional labour.
