Jelly Drops sponsors Nutrition & Hydration Week 2026
Jelly Drops will be providing complimentary samples for teams participating in this year’s Nutrition & Hydration Week, during which organisations champion good nutritional care
Jelly Drops has announced an official sponsorship with Nutrition & Hydration Week 2026, which will take place on 16th-22nd March) and focus on strengthening efforts to raise awareness about the vital role food and drink play in maintaining health and wellbeing.
Nutrition & Hydration Week brings together organisations across health, social care and community settings to champion good nutritional care and highlight the link between eating, drinking and improved health outcomes. Hydration can be a significant challenge for individuals living with dementia, where changes in cognition, perception and behaviour can increase the risk of dehydration.
As part of the sponsorship, Jelly Drops is providing free support to teams participating in this year’s programme, including complimentary Jelly Drops samples and downloadable digital assets, including tips from the Alzheimer’s Society, designed to help care professionals get involved and raise awareness of some of the hydration challenges people living with dementia can face.
“We’re incredibly proud to be sponsoring Nutrition & Hydration Week,” says Lewis Hornby, founder at Jelly Drops.
“Jelly Drops were inspired by my Grandma Pat’s own challenges with hydration, which in her case, led to her being hospitalised for dehydration.
“Our mission has always been to make hydration more accessible, enjoyable and dignified for people living with dementia and others that struggle to maintain daily fluid levels. This week is a brilliant opportunity for everyone to come together, celebrate best practice and shine a light on the importance of hydration.”
Activities during the week will include celebrating Hydration & Nutrition champions in care settings who go above and beyond to support service users’ nutritional needs. This will link i to the popular Global Tea Party, which will take place on Wednesday and Thirsty Thursday events. Teams are encouraged to promote their involvement both internally and across their wider networks.
Jelly Drops is encouraging NHS teams, Alzheimer’s Society community groups, care homes and charity partners to register early for materials and samples to support their planned activities. Requests can be submitted until 10th February 2025

“Nutrition & Hydration Week continues to grow through the enthusiasm and commitment of care teams around the world,” explains Andy Jones at Nutrition & Hydration Week
“We’re pleased to welcome Jelly Drops as a sponsor this year and look forward to seeing the creative and meaningful activities taking place across the sector.”
