Loveday & Co appoints Sian Hammer as MD

Loveday & Co has appointed Sian Hammer as its new managing director, a role in which she will be able to use her wealth of experience in strategic management, senior care services and proven track record in the senior living, housing and care sectors to good effect.

Hammer joins Loveday from Audley Group, where she served as group sales & marketing director and board director. She has previously held senior leadership positions within healthcare and residential real estate. With a strong background in overseeing transformative programmes and implementing innovative commercial strategies, Hammer is well-positioned to lead Loveday through its next phase of growth.

Currently, Loveday operates three luxury residences in London, located in Kensington, Abbey Road and Chelsea—the latter of which is undergoing extensive renovations. Looking ahead, 2025 will see the exciting opening of two new residences in Belgravia and Esher, marking significant expansion for the Loveday brand.
As managing director, Sian will be responsible for driving growth initiatives and continuing to inspire an always growing culture of excellence. Her expertise in organisational design, talent management, person-centric care and dynamic marketing and sales strategies will help Loveday achieve its mission of delivering outstanding care and services to its members and their families.
