The 2025 edition of the Care Home Catering Forum will feature a selection of inspiring speakers who will discuss a wide range of hot topics
Following the successful 2024 event, the 2025 edition of the Care Home Catering Forum will once again return to Farmers & Fletchers Hall in London’s Barbican on Thursday 5th June, 2025 and tickets for the event are on sale now.
Designed to provide an opportunity for care caterers, care home managers and industry suppliers to come together and debate the myriad challenges currently facing the sector, this one-day event will feature a selection of inspiring speakers who will discuss a wide range of hot topics. These will include the implementation of the guidelines contained within the British Dietetic Association (BDA)’s Care Home Digest, which was launched earlier this year and the pressing issue of food waste and how to reduce it. Speakers will also advise on ways to improve and enhance the dining experience for residents and how best to support care-catering staff in their endeavours to provide tose in their care with the optimal nutrition they need to enjoy healthy and happy lives.
A further highlight of the Forum will be the announcement of the winners of the five categories of the 2025 Care Home Catering Awards. In addition, delegates will be able to enjoy the opportunity to mingle with their friends and colleagues from across the industry and browse the delights on offfer at the accompanying exhibition during both the initial registration period and the frequent refreshment breaks.
