Avery Healthcare wins NAPA Award for transforming residents' wellbeing

Avery Healthcare has announced that its well-being support team have been awarded the prestigious National Activity Providers Association (NAPA) Award for Service Recognition.

This accolade recognises the team’s exceptional dedication to enhancing the lives of residents across Avery’s care homes through creative and impactful wellbeing initiatives.

The award, which was presented on Friday 24th January at a ceremony held at the Liner Hotel in Liverpool, celebrates organisations and teams that go above and beyond to prioritise well-being in care settings.

 NAPA is a national charity and the professional body for activity providers across the UK, who support the care sector by offering professional development, resources, and training to ensure activity provision is a central part of resident care.

 Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of residential, dementia, and nursing care in the UK, places well-being at the heart of its approach.

 The Well-being Support Team works closely with Activity Co-ordinators in each home to deliver innovative programmes that engage and inspire residents.

 Their work includes everything from music and sensory activities to tailored programmes designed to create meaningful connections and moments of joy.

 This award celebrates the teamwork, passion, and expertise that define Avery’s approach to resident well-being.
