ThinCats funds Godfrey Care to open more sites

ThinCats, a leading alternative finance provider to UK SMEs has supported specialist residential care provider, Godfrey Care, with a significant growth funding package as the group continues to open new sites across the UK.
Established in 2016, Midlands headquartered Godfrey Care provides residential care and supported living for adults who have a learning disability, complex needs and associated challenging behaviour.
Since then, it has grown to include 13 sites and, every home has specialist care teams of fully trained staff that work with each individual using a person-centred planning approach.
Following growth funding from ThinCats, the Godfrey Care Group has announced the procurement of a new service, Pottery House in Stoke on Trent.
It will be a CQC registered residential service for six individuals who have profound and severe needs and risks in relation to challenging behaviours. These often relate to their learning disability, autism spectrum condition and high-intensity behaviours.
