Alternative to Mainstream, a free magazine for hospitality, foodservice operators and  caterers.has published its third issue

The bi-annual supplement from Care Home Catering owner H2O Publishing documents key operational areas that may once have seemed a little alternative, but are now well and truly a dominant part of contemporary consumer expectations. It has returned with an edition all about 'choices'.

With in-depth features and exclusive content, the issue investigates the choices consumers are making and the consequential decisions caterers will have to make based on those market movements.

In its launch issue in 2023, the overall theme of the title was ‘menus’. In its follow-up edition, the angle moved onto ‘operations’.
